We are now recruiting for a Spa Receptionist to join our team.
The Spa Receptionist is responsible for organizing & scheduling appointments over the phone and email while maximizing the use of time within the spa diary. They will need to deliver exceptional levels of hygiene and cleanliness in all aspects of the spa operation in line with Adare Manor brand standards, whilst also delivering excellent five-star client care. They are responsible for performing spa set up and close down procedures and ensuring all guest amenities are replenished throughout the day. They also need to ensure that the agreed stock levels for linen/towel needs are maintained in-house in line with daily business levels and that pantries are fully stocked each day.
To apply for this position you must have:
* The ability to think outside the box and deal with unexpected situations.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* IT and customer service skills.
This role is a part time position, 8 hours a week and will include weekend work.
