Sales Management Role for a Leading Irish Grocery Brand
The successful candidate will manage and increase sales in the Kerry area, achieving yearly and quarterly targets through effective business management, new business generation, and after-sales service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales: Manage existing business, generate new business, and provide excellent customer service to achieve agreed targets.
* Returns: Oversee depot returns and ensure they meet agreed percentage targets set by the Regional Sales Manager.
* Reconciliations: Ensure accurate stock reconciliation from delivery to sales at all times.
* Rota Management: Create and manage team rotas to cover holidays, absenteeism, and operational requirements.
* Staffing: Facilitate timely recruitment, selection, and training of staff to meet operational needs.
* Transport: Manage company fleet vehicles and adhere to accident report procedures.
* Reporting: Provide accurate operational reports to regional managers and Company Management as required.
Requirements and Skills:
* Minimum 3 years experience in a similar sales-based role.
* Excellent communication and commercial awareness skills.
* Strong planning and organizing abilities.
* Full clean Irish/European driving license.
