An exciting and rewarding opportunity awaits an ambitious individual to join our client's financial services team based in Cork as a Financial Sales Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve Sales Targets: Work with the sales team to meet individual and company-wide sales goals, contributing to revenue growth and market expansion.
* Sales Process Management: Follow and enhance in-house sales tracking systems and best practices, ensuring the timely processing and issue of new business.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with suitable life and pension solutions.
* Compliance: Ensure all sales processes adhere to the rules and requirements of the Central Bank of Ireland, in collaboration with external compliance specialists.
* Commission Management: Monitor and account for commission figures, preparing reports for the Managing Director on a monthly basis.
* Team Leadership: Support and mentor fellow sales team members, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
* Cross-Department Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams such as payroll and life company representatives to ensure direct debit payments align with client requirements.
Requirements
* Experience: Proven track record in the Irish Financial Services industry as a Senior Sales Advisor, with experience leading and motivating successful sales teams.
* Qualifications: Fully Qualified Financial Adviser (QFA) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP) qualifications, with up-to-date Continuing Professional Development (CPD) records.
* Industry Knowledge: Strong technical expertise and hands-on experience with life and pension products and services.
* Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
* Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a strategic, proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Organized: High level of personal organization and ability to manage time and resources effectively.
The estimated salary for this role is €60,000 - €80,000 per year.
