We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Administrator to support our recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
This role is critical in ensuring a seamless candidate experience and efficient coordination of recruitment processes.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Management : Assist in managing the recruitment pipeline by scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Administrative Support :
Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including preparing job postings, compiling recruitment reports, and managing recruitment-related correspondence.
Coordination :
Schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels, ensuring all parties are informed of arrangements and provided with the necessary materials.
Candidate Sourcing :
Actively source potential candidates through LinkedIn and other professional networks, building talent pipelines for current and future recruitment needs.
Job Advertising :
Post job advertisements on various platforms, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
Database Management :
Maintain and update the ATS and other HR databases to ensure accurate and timely information.
Onboarding Support :
Assist with pre-employment checks, offer letters, and onboarding documentation to ensure a smooth start for new hires.
Compliance :
Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to company policies, data protection regulations, and equal employment opportunity standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience : Previous experience in recruitment administration or a similar HR support role is advantageous.
Technical Skills :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ATS or HRIS platforms along with Linkedin Recruiter.
Organisational Skills :
Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
Communication Skills :
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Attention to Detail :
High level of accuracy in administrative tasks and record-keeping.
Team Player :
Ability to collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive working environment.
