Our highly regarded Aviation Client based in the midwest has a requirement for an experienced Technical Records Specialist as a result of expansion. This can be a hybrid role on completion of training.
Duties:
* Reviewing current and historical paperwork for engine phase-outs.
* Creating and compiling necessary documentation for aircraft phase-outs.
* Proofing and amending documentation.
* Compiling weekly status reports for engine phase-out projects.
* Communicating with external vendors to resolve documentation issues.
* Reviewing documentation for engine pre-purchase checks.
* Keeping up to date with airworthiness directives.
* Using and interpreting engine manufacturer’s manuals and service documentation.
* Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and SAP systems.
Education/Experience:
* Self-motivation and the ability to work on own initiative.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Analytical thinking and technical understanding.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and flexible approach.
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Outlook.
* Aircraft and/or aircraft engine knowledge is desirable.
* Applicants must be eligible to work in Ireland.
