THINKHOUSE’s Client Service Team is growing and we’re on the hunt for our next brilliant colleague to join us on our global adventure. Our Client Service team is creative, strategically minded, super organised, has a collaborative spirit, and has the client relationship at the heart of everything that we do. You will be joining a high-functioning team that is already driving national and global, culturally relevant FAME, TRANSFORMATION, and PLANET services for our clients. The Client Service team sits in the heart of the other THINKHOUSE services including Creative, Creative Tech, Design, Film, Copywriting, Creative Innovation, Planning and Insights, Social and Digital, Events, and PR – all of which are inspired by and/or delivered by the next generation of creative thinkers.
The Client Service Senior Account Executive will work within the Client Service Team which operates at the center of THINKHOUSE’s services including advertising, social, digital, creative, PR, and influencer marketing, as well as live event services - supporting the seamless coordination of full-service projects in an organised, methodical, and energetic way, with brilliant attention to detail. The winning candidate will be self-motivated and a natural relationship builder. We are looking to meet people with experience in the advertising and communications sector.
This role is for one of our growing ‘PLANET’ business unit teams that work chiefly with Public Sector clients, not-for-profits, and purpose-driven brands. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a passion in this space.
You will have at least 2 years of experience in the marketing industry, preferably agency-side. You will have a strong collaborative spirit and a genuine interest in driving change through purpose-driven creative communications projects.
You will have a passion for sustainable practice in business, working in partnership with leading brands and organisations, including B Corps and progressive Public Sector bodies.
You will have excellent attention to detail, excellent project management skills, a passion for numbers, and a clear understanding of commercial goals and targets.
You will be culturally curious with an innovative and creative edge and big ambitions to make impactful work.
