Job Purpose:
To promote and support independent living and community integration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver person-centred programmes to meet service users' needs.
* Maintain required records and be a key worker to service users.
* Support individuals and groups in accessing their community and facilitate activities and programmes.
Requirements:
* Minimum QQI Level 5 in Social Care or equivalent.
* Good knowledge of New Directions and community-based programmes.
* Knowledge and understanding of intellectual disabilities and mental health issues.
* 1 year minimum experience of working in a relevant setting.

Salary:
$50,000 - $60,000 per annum
