Job Title: Tax Senior/Assistant Manager - PLCs

You will be working on a varied client portfolio, advising clients on business structuring, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border expansion, financing, tax audits, and more.
Responsibilities:
* Work on a challenging and evolving client portfolio, with opportunities to develop into management roles.
* Advise clients on business matters, including structuring, M&A, cross-border expansion, financing, and tax audits.
* Coordinate advice from foreign offices on cross-border matters.
* Embrace digital transformation and drive technological advancements in our business and clients' operations.
* Assist in managing client relationships, business development, and participating in consultancy projects.

Requirements:
* AITI qualified or part-qualified with 1-2 years' relevant Corporate Tax experience.
* Effective working knowledge of Corporation Tax in Ireland or internationally.
* Enthusiasm to work with diverse clients, understand their businesses, and address risk.
* Demonstrated ability to learn and apply knowledge gained from training sessions.
* Business Acumen - utilize tools and techniques to extract insights from market trends and assist clients in making innovative decisions.
* Relationship management - build quality relationships by reading situations and modifying behavior.
