Priory Market is a new indoor market of award-winning artisan food and drink. As Tallaght's Left Bank, it is destined to be the thriving and inclusive heart of Tallaght for community, culture, craic, and cuisine.
This world-class facility will operate as a prime venue for amazing food, drink, events, and social gatherings and contribute to a pride-of-place for Tallaght while generating reinvestment in local economic opportunities. Priory Market is seeking a General Manager who will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the market runs smoothly and efficiently. The General Manager will be responsible for managing a team, coordinating operations, driving revenue, and enhancing the overall customer experience for visitors and participating food artisans.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
2. Oversee daily operations, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment.
3. Manage relationships with our internal food community, from onboarding to day-to-day support.
4. Develop and execute strategies to enhance community engagement and visitor experience.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events, initiatives, and businesses within Priory Market.
6. Monitor financial performance, including budgets, revenue, and cost control.
7. Ensure compliance with health and safety, security, licensing, and other regulatory requirements.

Benefits and Reporting:
