At EY, our Business Transformation Consulting team works with financial services clients to reimagine and redesign the inner workings of their operations, enabling them to deliver on their corporate strategy, achieve cost and performance efficiencies and identify and capture growth opportunities for the future.
We are currently seeking to hire into our Business Transformation Customer Team at Manager level.
Your Key Responsibilities Understand EY's service offerings and actively support in delivering across our range of services.Utilise your skills in the areas of structured problem solving, business analysis, analytics, design thinking, and lean process improvement to help our clients drive profitability and performance improvement through their business operationsIdentify areas for process improvement across existing ways of working be it system, process, or people changesEffectively analyse and define business requirements through stakeholder engagement and reviewing existing processesManage people and project teams & engage directly with client stakeholders to drive business outcomes, including the facilitation of client interviews, workshops, and project governance sessionsBe involved in projects across the end-to-end project lifecycle, from business case development to project execution and close-outHelp identify problems, opportunities and ideate methods for improving existing business processes and workflowsHelping to shape creative and innovative solutions to address client issuesCommunicating effectively with the EY engagement team, the client and internal and external stakeholders, as requiredDemonstrated ability to manage, supervise and develop others, effectively inform, manage budgets, timelines, and plans, manage client expectations, deliver quality projectsWorking confidently with clients, to support building trusted relationshipsStay abreast of latest Financial Service industry trends to drive innovationTo qualify for the role, you must have Strong understanding of core business operations gained through delivery of projects across areas such as strategy, operating model design, lean process improvement, waterfall and agile design transformation and deliveryExcellent client relationship management skills, gained through prior consulting roles or within financial services / technology organisations5 years proven experience in delivering transformation programmes in Financial InstitutesBe professional, quickly establishing personal credibility and demonstrating expertiseDeveloping and maintaining your personal training and development plan to ensure you continue to update and improve your skill profile on an ongoing basisSupporting collaboration and teaming activities across engagements and across the Business Consulting teamStrong written & verbal communication skills; with experience in presenting to key client stakeholdersUnderstanding of trends and implications on the Financial Services industryIdeally, you will also have Strong numeric analysis, presentation, Process Mapping, and requirement-gathering skillsProven analytic and workshop facilitation skillsProven experience in developing structured presentations using PowerPoint and analytic skills using ExcelStrong academic record including a relevant third level degree from universityExperience in applying best practice Business and Process Analysis techniquesExperience leading teamsLean six sigma and/or BCS training/certification an advantageProject Management and/or Agile certification is an advantageWhat we look for Someone who enjoys working as part of community which values integrity, respect, teaming, inclusiveness and building high performing teamsSomeone with energy, enthusiasm and courage who enjoys solving complex problems and variety in their day-to-day working lifeSomeone who is passionate about reaching their full potential and excelling in their careerWhat working at EY offers
