You will need to be able to commute to our office hub as required from time to time.WHO YOU'LL WORK WITHWe are seeking a results-driven person to serve as our Performance Operations Leader. This is a new role that blends performance management, operational rigor, Chief of Staff responsibilities to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), and internal communication leadership. We see the role as key to ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of our performance management processes, driving excellence in KPI quality assurance, and nurturing our culture through strong internal communications.The successful candidate will likely bring experience from a graduate role in a high-performance organisation (for example, in a consulting or business planning capacity). They will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be strong at supporting executive leaders in driving organisational priorities, decision-making, and engagement.WHAT YOU'LL DO1. KPI Quality AssuranceServe as the quality assurance function for organisational KPIs to ensure robust, science-driven metrics.Collaborate with leaders across the organisation to validate the relevance, reliability, and alignment of KPIs to organisational goals.Ensure that KPIs are fair and effectively measure employee and organisational performance without bias or ambiguity.Explore using AI to help create and review Goal Plans more efficiently. This will ensure employees clearly understand their expectations, get the support they need to succeed, and receive timely feedback to stay on track.2. Meeting Cadence and EffectivenessOversee and refine the cadence, structure, and effectiveness of all key meetings.Ensure the CEO and executive team have access to well-documented minutes, clear action plans, and regular status updates on completions.Optimise meeting sequences to align with strategic priorities and maximise organisational efficiency.3. Performance Reporting and Management SystemsLead the execution of a well-integrated performance management processes, infrastructure, and tools.Manage the performance review cycle, including initiation, tracking, and follow-up with managers.Collect, analyse, and synthesise feedback data to create actionable insights and deliver comprehensive performance reports.4. Chief of Staff Responsibilities for the ELTCollaborate with executive leaders to prepare and prioritise the agenda for ELT meetings.Ensure memos, briefs, and supporting documents are prepared and distributed in advance to enable informed decision-making.Act as the central point of coordination for ELT meetings, ensuring alignment on priorities and follow-through on decisions and action plans.Provide strategic support to the CEO and ELT by surfacing key issues, facilitating discussions, and monitoring progress against goals.5.
