Human Resources Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Manager to join our team at Hotel Killarney.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training, employee engagement, and compliance. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on the success of our hotel and help us achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all recruitment and selection processes, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent.
* Drive Training and Development programs to ensure staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
* Create and implement strategies to boost employee engagement and motivation.
* Proactively manage Industrial Relations (IR) and Employment Relations (ER) issues to minimize risk.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, payroll, and documentation.
Requirements
* 3-5 years' experience in a HR management role, preferably in a hotel or customer-focused environment.
* A proactive and self-motivated individual who can work independently.
* A degree in HRM, Business, or a related field, with CIPD qualification preferred.
* Experience driving employee engagement and managing payroll and costs.
