Sherry FitzGerald Farrell is seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service, support daily branch operations, and ensure the smooth administration of property related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent the Sherry Fitz brand in all customer interactions.
Handle phone, email, and mySherryFitz queries, ensuring timely responses.
Manage property appointments, viewings, and valuations.
Oversee compliance documentation and prepare Terms of Engagement.
Manage advertising, media content, and window displays.
Coordinate payments, invoices, and accounts with the Accounts Department.
Prepare for viewings and support branch activities.
Requirements:
2-3 years of administrative experience.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and demonstrate attention to detail.
Motivated, with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
Excellent knowledge of Social media and posting content.
