What's the opportunity?
Intercom is looking for a Recruiter to help scale our organization and contribute to our team’s growth and success. You will drive full cycle recruitment for positions across our Tech, Product, Sales, Marketing, and G&A teams. You will effectively partner with leadership and be a strategic talent partner and advisor across the organization.
What will I be doing?
1. Manage the full cycle recruiting process for technical & non-technical hires by creating robust pipelines through active sourcing of multiple channels, screening resumes, interviewing, and closing candidates.
2. Partner with Intercom’s leaders and Hiring Managers to deeply understand their needs.
3. Influence and advise stakeholders on their recruiting approach, strategy, and processes.
4. Attract and convert passive talent through effective and authentic storytelling of company strategy and business goals.
5. Leverage data to diagnose challenges in a search, proactively create and execute solutions, and influence and advise stakeholders.
6. Provide an excellent candidate experience and serve as a trusted partner.
What skills do I need?
1. 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in a high growth tech environment.
2. Expertise and talent market intelligence across business teams and technical teams (GTM, G&A, Engineering, Product, and Design).
3. Creative recruiting approach and capable of attracting and converting talent.
4. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding hiring goals.
5. Data and metrics driven, ability to use data to inform decisions.
6. Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
7. Passion for building and managing diverse pipelines.
8. Aligned with Intercom’s values; growth mindset, highly collaborative, work with a sense of urgency and obsess about customer success.
