Regional Safety Manager - Ireland Building Construction
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Health & Safety Manager to support building projects in the Leinster region.
Main Responsibilities:
* Supporting building projects and leading the Safety function internally and externally
* Developing and implementing company strategy with Head of H&S
* Auditing workplaces for risks and monitoring Health and Safety performance
* Assisting tender teams with Health and Safety submissions and providing practical solutions
* Identifying learning and development requirements and coaching staff in Health and Safety expectations
Requirements:
* Degree or Diploma in Health and Safety
* Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent
* A minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience
* Previous experience in construction (preferably in Pharma, Datacentre, Hi-Tech, or Commercial sectors)
* Strong leadership and communication abilities
