This role involves delivering technical support and servicing customer accounts within the food processing and manufacturing industries.
We are seeking a skilled individual who will travel to customer sites in the midlands, providing expert guidance on chemical safety and product applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support and service end-user customer accounts within the food industry.
• Conduct site training on chemical safety and product applications.
• Complete service reports to support sales, cost control, safety, and sustainability objectives.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Manage distributor relationships within the region.
• Provide insights into marketing opportunities and service improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements.
Candidate Requirements:
• Experience in the food hygiene industry or on-site technical service roles.
• Sales experience with a proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong planning and multitasking abilities.
• IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A full, clean driving license.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
