THE ROLE WE'RE FILLING
On behalf of our client, we're recruiting for a Manager of Product Marketing Innovation who will play a crucial role in their growth strategy. This position offers an exceptional opportunity for a marketing professional looking to make a significant impact in the technology sector.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
1. Strategic Market Positioning: Develop compelling narratives and integrated campaigns that position our client as a thought leader in their industry.
2. Audience Insights & Segmentation: Partner with product teams to understand user personas and create tailored messaging strategies.
3. Go-to-Market Execution: Lead product launches and feature releases, ensuring market impact and adoption.
4. Multi-channel Content Strategy: Identify key platforms and develop diverse content formats to engage target audiences.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with teams across different departments and global locations.
6. Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team while executing hands-on marketing initiatives.
7. Performance Measurement: Implement innovative metrics focused on engagement quality, brand perception, and market influence.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:
1. 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B software or technology.
2. Proven track record of successful product positioning and launch campaigns.
3. Exceptional storytelling abilities, translating technical concepts into compelling narratives.
4. Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive marketing decisions.
5. Outstanding cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
6. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
7. Experience building and leading marketing teams is highly desirable.
