Job Description
Due to growth from a merger, Turner & Townsend is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the business leaders. This position is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
1. Preparation of PowerPoint presentations, reports, and board level papers.
2. Ability to build and maintain Excel reports.
3. Diary management including arranging meetings.
4. Organising meetings and workshops.
5. Implementing and maintaining procedures and admin systems.
6. Maintaining excellent relationships with stakeholders.
7. Personal administrative support generally (filing, scanning, printing).
8. Travel arrangements and email management.
9. Handling enquiries and requests.
10. Taking minutes of meetings and following up.
11. Setting up purchase orders.
12. Responsible for ad hoc duties when required.
Qualifications
1. Proven Executive Assistant / PA experience working in a fast-paced professional environment.
2. Ability to effectively manage the needs of multiple stakeholders and discretion in dealing with confidential information.
3. Strong problem-solving skills coupled with a creative, positive, can-do attitude.
4. Excellent people skills, both internal and external.
5. Independence, self-motivation, and a pro-active approach.
6. Prioritization, organization, time management and follow through skills.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
8. Advanced MS Office skills.
