1. Source and attract top talent for Archer Recruitment
2. Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry
3. Liaise with stakeholders to understand their hiring needs
4. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify ideal candidates
5. Present shortlisted candidates to clients and facilitate the interview process
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
* Experience in a people-facing role (desirable)
