Located in Dublin 22/24 This is a permanent, office-based role - full-time or part-time basis Onsite parking Work in a lovely supportive and professional team Salary: €36k to €40k depending on experience Responsibilities: Oversee payroll operations for a large team, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
Manage all aspects of payroll administration, such as tax returns, reconciliations, and addressing employee payroll inquiries.
Process vendor invoices and reconcile accounts with suppliers.
Perform regular bank reconciliations and contribute to ad-hoc reporting or administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements: 2-6 years of experience managing payroll and accounts payable.
Proficient in payroll software (e.g., Sage or similar) and skilled with IT systems.
Solid understanding of payroll regulations and compliance in Ireland.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and organization.
Discretion in handling sensitive or confidential information.
