This role offers a unique chance to be integral to Group Customer Office, crafting unified content that touches hearts and minds. You will champion consistency and excellence across our digital products and services.
You will work in a 12 month fixed term contract as a UX Writer. Your key responsibilities will include:
Crafting Clear Content
Craft clear, concise, and engaging content for digital products. Ensure a seamless and engaging customer experience that is SEO-optimised for metadata as required.
Note: This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to influence partners at all levels.
As a guardian of our brand voice, you will ensure consistency and authenticity in every message.
Collaboration and Teamwork
Work with designers from our Experience Design team to create and optimise customer journeys across our web and app platforms.
Work closely with UX researchers to create copy variations and understand customer feedback, expectations, frustrations, and opportunities within product application journeys.
Consistency and Quality
Understand the importance of consistency in terminology and collaborate with others on the writing and design teams to apply this consistency across our digital real estate and comms.
Contribute to our Content Style Guide and brand tone of voice.
Inclusive and Accessible Content
Ensure all content is accessible and inclusive, adhering to standard processes and guidelines on alt text, metadata.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A strong background in content, with experience in customer experience or design.
* A passion for great writing and a deep understanding of its impact on the customer experience.
* An awareness of emerging technologies that can deliver rich, intuitive, and engaging experiences.
