The Role of Banqueting & Events
We are seeking a skilled individual to supervise the Events business of our company, overseeing all events in the private Catering department and ensuring they meet high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Execute events to meet both internal and client service level agreements.
* Liaise between culinary teams and catering leads to provide client insights and drive innovation in hospitality offerings.
Requirements:
* Proven success in Catering Event Operations.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Desired Qualifications:
* Hospitality/Events Catering: 1 year or more of experience.
* Full Clean Irish/EU driver's license.
This is a full-time, permanent position that requires working 5 days over 7, including some night-time and weekend work. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary and benefits package, including additional leave, company events, and a food allowance.
