Quantity Surveyor | Vickerstock is partnering with a Main Contractor to appoint a Quantity Surveyor.
About the Role
You will be based on site, traveling between two sites in Monaghan and Drogheda. With occasional travel to Belfast, you will:
* Review construction drawings
* Negotiate with suppliers to manage budgets
* Complete monthly valuations and final accounts
* Monthly reporting to management
Requirements
To be successful as a Quantity Surveyor, you will need:
* Degree-level education in surveying (ideal), but applicants with other educational backgrounds are welcome
* Strong experience with a main contractor
* Public works, JCT, and NEC contract experience
