With 400+ employees and 250,000 customers in Ireland, they are recruiting a Claims Coordinator to join their team for their Dublin office (hybrid-2 days in the office and 3 days remote). This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team to provide high-quality service.
About Your New Job
* Working as part of a fast-paced team to process claims in line with procedures and compliance standards.
* Liaising with other departments to ensure appropriate and timely communications on all issues relating to incidents and claims handling.
* Completing thorough claims investigations, continual assessment of indemnity and liability, verification of policy provisions & endorsements, and identification & investigation of potential fraudulent claims.
What Skills You Need
* APA – personal lines experience; CIP is desirable.
* Good understanding of claims management processes.
* Proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
