Job Summary:
The Quality Assurance Coordinator will work across our Orchard Community Care division, assisting the Group Quality Director in managing our Quality Management System. This full-time role will be based in Sligo and involve traveling to residential services in the Northwest and western regions.
About You:
* Possess a third-level qualification in health, social care, or quality management.
* Have experience implementing a quality system in a care environment.
* Familiar with risk management and incident management & review.
* Aware of regulations, standards, and inspections.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Role Objectives:
* Implement quality systems in residential services to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
* Participate in audits, provide detailed reports, and support corrective actions.
* Collaborate with PICs and Regional Directors to deliver high-quality service.
* Collect and analyze quality assurance data, compile reports, and present at monthly quality meetings.
* Maintain policies and procedures, document control spreadsheet, and electronic quality assurance system.
* Undertake annual reports, attend bi-monthly Quality & Safety Board Sub Committee meetings, and present data.
Requirements:
* Valid Garda Clearance and Overseas Clearance (if applicable).
* Full Driver's license and access to a vehicle.
