About Your New Job
* Perform routine plumbing maintenance and repairs on campus facilities.
* Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment.
* Conduct inspections to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
* Collaborate with other maintenance staff to complete projects efficiently.
* Respond to emergency plumbing calls and provide timely solutions.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
* Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
What Skills You Need
* Qualified plumber with relevant certifications.
* Proven experience in maintenance plumbing, preferably in an educational or similar environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to plumbing work.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
