Planning & Client Management
* Take full ownership of a portfolio of healthcare brands, managing P&L responsibilities to drive performance.
* Develop ambitious and inspiring annual plans that align with growth metrics, including sales growth, market share, profitability, and brand awareness.
* Utilise business analytics and category insights to influence customer and company decision-making through internal/customer business systems.
* Manage range selection, pricing, and promotional strategies, using inputs from brand owners, market data, and competitor analysis to inform strategic choices.
* Build and maintain collaborative, service-oriented relationships with designated brand partners.
Execution
* Plan and execute annual shopper marketing and in-store initiatives in collaboration with customer and internal marketing teams.
* Lead all consumer marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with brand owners and localizing international campaigns as needed.
* Prepare impactful presentations for clients, customers, and internal stakeholders (e.g., sales teams).
* Draft briefs for outsourced activities, securing client approval before engaging external agencies.
* Represent brands at trade and consumer events as required.
* Monitor the execution of brand plans, making adjustments to meet objectives and respond to market challenges.
Customer Collaboration
* Ensure alignment between National Accounts, Field Sales, and merchandising teams to achieve successful trade executions.
* Support customer planning and development by attending key meetings with the national account team.
Performance & Support
* Manage brand profitability through regular P&L monitoring and adjustments.
* Identify and assess new market opportunities to determine commercial viability.
* Deliver timely reporting on key metrics and objectives for both clients and internal teams.
* Monitor competitor activity and market trends, implementing responsive strategies when necessary.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to create accurate stock and financial forecasts that optimize availability and outcomes.
* Partner with sales operations, planning teams, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth administration and operational support for brands.
