What is this role:
Working within our Contingency Workforce (CWF) Recruitment team, which operates a structured, ISO approved recruitment system, to allow for high volume recruitment campaigns to be run effectively. This means the individual will work across all areas of the recruitment process to ensure a quality, compliant recruitment process is followed. Working to standardised recruitment processes to ensure 100% fulfilment. Additionally, the successful candidate will develop strong techniques in candidate sourcing, attraction, and screening for high volume recruitment clients.
What will you be doing?
* Candidate sourcing, using a number of candidate attraction tools and strategies.
* Screening candidates in line with our standardised recruitment process.
* Matching suitable candidates to our client requirements, both in high volume and individual recruitment campaigns.
* Post recruitment checks and onboarding including Compliance Checks (PEM / References), Payroll set up, Roll Call, and Post placement checks.
* Supporting our agency workers on-site during their assignments, providing support to our HR workforce management team.
* Acting as first line communication with agency workers, to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
* Providing a variety of client reports in terms of recruitment KPIs, end of year reports, market insights reports, etc.

Qualifications / Requirements
* Diploma / Degree in Relevant Discipline, or relevant experience in recruitment.
* Demonstrated interest in HR or Recruitment.
* Really solid IT skills using MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook).
* Strong communication skills (presenting, interpersonal / building rapport).
