We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team! As a TA Specialist, you will support the full recruitment lifecycle. Reporting to and working closely with our Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be part of the broader HR team where you will work closely with our HR Business Partners and Line Managers, supporting all aspects of on-site/internal recruitment.
You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop a comprehensive understanding of their resourcing requirements, develop and execute appropriate sourcing strategies, and hire and onboard great talent to support our business.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with hiring managers on the role requisition process
* Manage and maintain candidates through our ATS (Success Factors), including sourcing, application management, shortlisting, phone screening, and scheduling interviews
* Coordinate open positions on internal career sites and external job boards
* Schedule interviews, liaise with candidates, and hiring managers on logistics and processing new hire documentation
* Conduct selection interviews with hiring managers and provide insightful feedback to support the decision process
* Ensure pre-employment recruitment activities are completed in a timely manner: medicals, reference checks, and other pre-employment checks
* Liaise with our Preferred Supplier Listing of agencies
* Administer psychometric testing and interpret feedback
* Extend offers and prepare written contracts of employment and documentation to complete the offer process
* Provide feedback to candidates and agencies
* General recruitment administration & weekly reporting
* Involvement in recruitment-related ad-hoc projects as required
* Ability to work cross-functionally with people at all levels of the business
* Ensure GDPR compliance in all recruitment activities
Requirements
* 3rd level education in a relevant discipline is desirable or relevant proven experience in a similar role
* Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the volume recruitment space
* Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS systems, e.g., Taleo, SAP / Success Factors, or similar
* Experience in the food industry/manufacturing environment is advantageous
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to relate professionally with colleagues at all levels in the organisation
