Job Summary
This is a dual-role opportunity for a highly motivated Digital Business Development & Project Manager. You will be instrumental in driving digital growth by identifying, securing, and managing new client projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
* Lead Generation & Acquisition:
* Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities in the digital space, focusing on eCommerce, business websites, and landing pages.
* Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
* Develop and execute targeted digital sales and marketing strategies to generate qualified leads.
* Network effectively to build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
* Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and proposal development to closing deals.
* Track and report on sales performance, ensuring targets are consistently met.
Market Analysis & Strategy:
* Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
* Develop a deep understanding of clients' business goals and digital strategies.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Project Management:
* Client Onboarding & Project Delivery:
* Manage new client projects from initial briefing to final execution.
* Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
* Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication.
* Translate client requirements into actionable briefs for the web development and design teams.
* Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
* Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
* Manage client expectations and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
* Use data and insights to inform project decisions and drive improvements.
Client Relationship Management:
* Maintain strong client relationships throughout project lifecycles.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital business development, ideally within a digital agency or related field.
* Proven track record of success in winning web development projects and driving revenue growth.
* Solid understanding of web design and development processes.
* Proficiency in analytics and eCommerce platforms.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
* Proven experience in leading website projects from inception to launch.
* Excellent presentation and client reporting skills.
* Familiarity with project management tools and financial reporting.
* Experience with design briefs and UI/UX processes.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Data-driven approach with proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
* Fluent English speaking.
* Strong understanding of the Irish market.
Desirable:
* Experience with CRM software.
* Previous experience in a digital agency, SaaS, or technology-driven environment.

* Office-based role in Ranelagh, Dublin.
