The 4 Star Bridge House Hotel is currently recruiting for a Revenue & Reservations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate should be passionate about driving sales & increasing revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong business development background, and finding new ways of increasing room sales, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction will play an important part in this role.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Responsible for ensuring all customers experience a satisfying visit and receive the highest standard of goods and services while maintaining and creating customer-friendly relationships.
2. Even in difficult situations, make sure all customer complaints are dealt with in a friendly manner and within a reasonable time frame.
3. Work in partnership with our Sales Manager to achieve budgeted targets.
4. Create, develop, monitor, and adjust sales and pricing strategies.
5. Ensure web site booking process is maintained up-to-date and functional.
6. Management and loading of rates, profiles, and availability in the PMS.
7. Analyze overall monthly hotel performance and provide summary report with recommendations to improve long-term strategies.
8. Prepare 3–6-month forecasts.
9. Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotel and manage day-to-day yield operations.
10. Manage all reservation and group booking administration, process all requests, and manage inventory of all processes while recommending ways to maximize revenue.
11. Input reservations into the system and work closely with the front desk in dealing with reservations inquiries.
12. Analyze the business on a daily basis looking at pickup, pace, lead times, booking patterns, and trends.
13. Monitor competitors’ rates and understand local markets and demands.
14. Have a thorough knowledge of the hotel and all the products on offer.
15. Work with the Sales Manager regarding internet marketing such as pay-per-click campaigns and ezines.
