Job Description:
We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team, supporting a home improvements company in Tralee, County Kerry. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team to create competitive sales quotations for various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare concise quotations on the SAGE system using onsite survey documents.
* Communicate technical product information to customers.
* Prioritize exceptional customer service.
* Create clear and effective written proposals/quotations for customers.
* Submit weekly quotation activity and analysis reports.
* Stay updated on new technologies and best practices.
* Collaborate with management to ensure adherence to sales processes.
* Help improve sales workflows and implement changes across the organization.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of home improvement products.
* Able to accurately price projects.
* Proficient in basic software and IT skills.
* Qualification in home improvements or construction is desirable.
This is a full-time position based in our office in Tralee, offering a salary in the region of €35,000.
