Project Manager for Residential Housing Project
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team for a residential housing project.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the residential housing project.
* Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
* Ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets all quality and safety standards.
* Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
* Manage project budgets, including forecasting, cost control, and variance analysis.
* Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements.
* Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
* Lead, motivate, and develop the project team to achieve optimal performance.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager on residential housing projects.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and regulations.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* A valid driver's license and ability to travel to the site regularly.
