We have a fantastic opportunity for a Workflow System Admin to join the Marketing Ops Team. In this position, you will assist with new and existing Workfront configurations and implementations across the business. This full-time position needs support five days a week. You should have a track record of providing training programs while also being a quick learner with a solid understanding of workflow management tools. Reporting into the Senior Marketing Workflow Manager, you should be self-motivated, tenacious, have great relationship leadership skills along with a passion for continuous improvements.
What you will do…
1. Act as primary system administrator for workflow management system – support over 800 users across the business with query resolution and daily system management.
2. Delivery of the training program, including new developments/functionality training, ensuring all new users are trained in a timely manner and all relevant documentation is up to date and promoted to the organisation.
3. Onboard new teams and starters into the platform, scoping out their requirements and providing ongoing support.
4. Drive increased user adoption and engagement of the solution, regularly taking feedback from key partners and driving continuous improvement.
5. Gaining a deep understanding of the users – bringing them to the forefront so that genuine user needs drive us to the best solutions.
6. Identify areas where we can make efficiencies and avoid future workload by suggesting solutions that complement our existing tooling strategy.
7. Working across core teams to create a culture of continuous improvement by ensuring existing processes and workflows are continuously evaluated for increased efficiencies.
8. Support the Marketing Workflow Manager in delivering roadmaps and plans to drive value, reduce risk, and create a stable, secure, and impactful platform fit-for-purpose for the future.
9. Reacting to requirements from Compliance/audit for changes to process or additional workflows.
10. Develop and deliver a suite of reports and dashboards to meet business needs and drive agreed metrics. Regularly assess, update, and report to key partners.
How you will do it… (skills, tech)
1. Experienced in Workflow management tools is required; Workfront experience desirable but not crucial.
2. Experienced in delivering training for cross-functional teams on system functionality.
3. Be comfortable working with technical products and services and talking to technical engineers about low level deliverables.
4. Strong relationship leadership skills are a vital component of the role.
5. Confident, a phenomenal communicator able to operate at all levels of an organisation.
6. You will have experience of leading multiple and varied challenges at the same time, including reacting to short-term opportunities.
7. Able to work under pressure and communicate risks and changes efficiently with teams and lead partner expectations.
8. Professional and positive approach, combined with good time management and organisational skills.
9. Show competence and passion for seeking continuous improvement and aspiring for standard processes.
