About Your New Employer:
Our client is a leading nationwide company in the healthcare industry who are looking for an experienced accounts administrator to join their growing finance team in Galway City.
About Your New Job:
Reporting to the Group Chief Financial Officer, some of the key responsibilities include:
1. To provide administrative support to the patient accounts team, filing, scanning, post etc.
2. To assist with the processing of Insurance Claim Forms in accordance with relevant agreements.
3. To assist in the collection of outstanding balances from both private insurers and patients.
4. To assist with the invoicing of patients and to follow up on payment.
5. Liaise with clients daily via Letters, Telephone or email to ensure payment of outstanding balances.
What Skills You Will Need:
1. Strong customer service skills.
2. Strong computer skills.
3. Team players with excellent communication skills.
4. Ability to always work in a confidential manner.
5. Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
