Site Services Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Site Services Manager to lead our team of facilities specialists and integrated facility management team in delivering the facility and utility requirements necessary to support a high-volume cleanroom manufacturing environment.

As a Site Services Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal working environment for over 800 employees and leading the EHS function to ensure regulatory compliance and a safe working space for all.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the team to achieve tight environmental specifications in the cleanroom and associated microenvironments.
* Collaborate with Technical and Operations teams to minimize variation impacting product or production performance.
* Develop and manage facility project plans, determine project schedules, and ensure timely implementation and customer satisfaction.
* Liaise with external contractors for new or modified building installations, plant services, and equipment commissioning.
* Foster a culture where Health and Safety is a shared responsibility.
* Manage the facility impact of new products in production.
* Ensure effective use of resources and progress of departmental objectives within time and budget constraints.
* Promote cost-reduction projects.
* Review plant equipment and associated activities, overseeing reactive and routine maintenance planning.

Requirements:
* Relevant third-level qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Science.
* At least 5 years of previous experience in a facility-related role in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical manufacturing.
* Supervisory experience essential.
