About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Student Accommodation Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our student accommodation services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accommodation Management: Manage day-to-day administration of student accommodation.
2. Process student applications, assign rooms, and maintain accurate records.
3. Respond to email inquiries promptly and professionally.
Contract Administration
1. Prepare, review, and issue tenancy agreements for new residents.
2. Ensure all contracts are signed and filed appropriately.
3. Maintenance Coordination: Act as the main point of contact between residents and the maintenance team.
Customer Service
1. Address student and parent inquiries via email, phone, and in person.
2. Provide information about accommodation policies, facilities, and local amenities.
General Administrative Tasks
1. Maintain and update databases with student and property details.
2. Generate reports on occupancy, maintenance activities, and other metrics.
3. Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
Requirements
* Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in property management or student accommodation.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
* Flexibility to work Saturdays and adjust to business needs.
