We’re Hiring! Temporary Customer Support Specialist
Exciting opportunity for those passionate about customer service and looking to make an impact! We're currently seeking Customer Support Specialists to join our team on a temporary, ongoing basis with the potential for a permanent role.
Hourly rate: €16.82/hour
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (shifts vary: 9–5:30 or 9:30–6 PM)
Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive top-notch support across phone, email, and online chat. You’ll assist with product information, resolve inquiries, and provide real-time solutions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
2. Provide information about our products, promotions, and services.
3. Assist with order placements, tracking, and resolving customer issues.
4. Collaborate with other departments to meet customer needs.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Previous customer service experience (essential).
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. Problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus!
5. A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is desirable but not essential.
