Key Responsibilities
* To ensure the hotel achieves high standards of luxury and quality, consistently delivering excellent service to our guests.
* To comply with Health & Safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
* To possess strong product knowledge of all areas of the hotel.
Duties
* Preparing ingredients for Head and Sous chefs.
* Maintaining high standards of hygiene.
* Taking directions from both Head and Sous chef.
Requirements
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Ability to work in a busy kitchen environment.
* Good knowledge of HACCP principles.
