The Position EisnerAmper Ireland is recruiting a Corporate Internship Operations Executiveon a full-time basis to join the Service Excellence Team on a fixed term one-year contract initially with the potential for a contract extension/full time position.
As a Corporate Internship - Operations Executive, you will report directly to the Head of Operations and will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of office facilities across multiple locations.
Additionally, the Operations Executive will work with the reception staff on staff access, visitor management and act as front of house cover when required.
The role also includes project management responsibilities for office setups and supplier management.

Your role will focus on the following: Office Management Manage and maintain office access systems, including keys and cards.
Oversee lighting, heating, cleaning, water, canteen supplies, waste management, and shredding services.
Coordinate the setup of desks, plants, screens, and canteen facilities.
Manage office signage for clear communication and navigation.
Ensure meeting rooms are well-equipped and maintained.
Manage office parking facilities.
Coordinate visitor management, including teas, coffees, and food.
Manage processes for staff onboarding and offboarding.
Act as the first aider and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Participate in ISO 14001 environmental controls and ISO 27001 physical controls audits.
Lead environmental sustainability initiatives.
Manage relationships with suppliers.
Front of house cover Ensure business-as-usual items are addressed.
Project Management Coordinate the setup of staff desks, including double screens.
Oversee the installation of new office fixtures and fittings.
Working with the SET department on ad hoc projects and other duties as they arise Requirements 1+ years relevant experience Leaving Certificate or equivalent is required Superb organisational and execution skills Structured approach to undertaking work and reporting Excellent computer skills within Microsoft Office, especially Outlook Ability to handle a busy workload and prioritise work with a high level of attention to detail Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Highly proactive, able to work autonomously, make decisions and use your own initiative An outstanding flexible work ethic and a commitment to being the best Your development: Education and personal development are key to our firm.
