Our Dublin based client is looking for an IT Support Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.

Job Responsibilities
1. Providing advanced technical support to end-users across the group.
2. Resolving complex technical issues on a daily basis.
3. Escalating technical issues to other teams when necessary and required for advanced support.
4. Documenting and maintaining the knowledge base and learnings across the team.
5. Contributing to the improvement of support processes and procedures within the team and larger group function.
6. Assisting junior support staff in issue resolution and for support and guidance in their knowledge and careers.
7. Handling occasional phone calls and emails as needed.
8. Providing Tier 1 level technical support with experience in Azure Active Directory, managing security groups, basic Office troubleshooting, etc.
Essential and Desirable Skills
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
2. Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and managing security groups.
3. Familiarity with handling access requests and managing permissions.
4. Proficiency in troubleshooting Office 365 issues and software installations.
5. Exceptional troubleshooting abilities and proactive problem-solving.
6. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
7. Demonstrated teamwork skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
8. Enthusiasm for technology and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
