KNOW THE ROLE
The appointed Digital Business Analyst will join the exciting Digital Product Team. They will work closely with and support the Head of Digital Product with key digital deliverables across BAU and larger projects while working with an industry leading stack including Salesforce and Adobe AEM.
You will be a self-starter, and highly motivated individual preferably with a Retail background. The ideal candidate will attain below experience and/or skills.
* Work as part of the Digital Product Team and key internal stakeholders to define detailed requirements in line with business priorities.
* Strong abilities to articulate and compose Jira user tickets and acceptance criteria for development team.
* Run 3 amigo sessions with developers to ensure complete understanding of requirements and understand how to close the gap where necessary.
* Attain a technical understanding of the digital stack and support in the technical solution design of requirements.
* Ability to understand and manipulate solution design and UX/UI in order to define the user story and development requirements.
* Maintain support across BAU Web, Apps and projects in parallel.
* Experience working in agile, digital environment.
* Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to communicate with outside technical partners on system configuration.
* Confident communicator, both written and verbal, ability to clearly explain solution design to technical and non-technical audiences.
* Excellent project management, collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills and a detail-oriented and can-do approach.
* Flexibility to work in rapidly changing environment within a larger corporation.
* Ability to work under tight deadlines.
* Demonstrates a flexible & agile approach to work, with proven experience.
* Proficient in process mapping & documentation.
KNOW WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
* Proficient in process mapping & documentation.
* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent educational background.
* JIRA, Confluence, Adobe AEM, Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
* Competent in MS Office suite.
* 4+ years’ work experience as Business Analyst.
