Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning and Coordination
1. Lead the commissioning of HV equipment such as transformers, circuit breakers, and switchgear.
2. Develop detailed commissioning schedules, ensuring seamless coordination with contractors, engineers, and suppliers.
3. Direct and align commissioning teams to meet project objectives.

3. Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance

8. Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement safety measures.
9. Train team members on HV safety standards and ensure proper use of PPE.
4. Stakeholder Communication
10. Provide regular project updates and address client concerns.
11. Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure alignment.
12. Coordinate effectively with utility companies and regulatory bodies to maintain compliance.
5. Quality Control and Documentation
13. Ensure all commissioning activities meet or exceed quality standards.
14. Maintain comprehensive records of tests, activities, and compliance measures.
15. Validate systems against regulatory requirements prior to handover.
6. Post-Commissioning Activities
16. Manage the transition of systems to operational teams.
17. Provide operational training to clients to ensure smooth system handover.
18. Develop and deliver maintenance guidelines for HV systems.
7. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution
19. Address and resolve performance issues during commissioning.
20. Conduct root cause analysis for discrepancies or system failures and implement corrective measures.
8. Budget and Resource Management
