About the Role
Join our dynamic Client as an HR Officer. Working closely with the HR Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the HR support services.
Main Responsibilities:
* Spearhead recruitment efforts, ensuring a seamless journey from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
* Act as the go-to expert for employee relations and welfare, providing valuable guidance to both team members and management.
* Dive into training and development initiatives, shaping and delivering strategies that empower the workforce.
* Take charge of the leaver process, ensuring all paperwork and arrangements are handled with precision and care.
* Offer expert advice on terms & conditions and HR issues, helping to keep the team on track and informed.
* Play a key role in refining policies and procedures, drawing on your insights and expertise.
* Keep HR records organised and assist with monthly reporting tasks as needed.
Requirements
We're looking for a candidate who's CIPD qualified or working towards, with a strong understanding of NI employment legislation and HR best practices.
Experience in construction, manufacturing, or a similar field is a plus.
We need someone proactive, adaptable, and cool under pressure, with exceptional communication skills and a talent for problem-solving.
