Deputy General Manager – 4* Hotel South Dublin
We are seeking an experienced Deputy General Manager to join a successful 4-star hotel in South Dublin. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, with a strong emphasis on Food and Beverage and leading a team.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the team for day-to-day operations.
2. Develop strategic reports alongside the General Manager.
3. Have a strong background in Food & Beverage.
4. Organise interdepartmental meetings with HODs.
5. Knowledge of principles, policies, and practices of management.
6. Budget and target implementation.
7. Plan, prepare and review financial reports for weekly and quarterly meetings.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Strong background in Food and Beverage.
2. Ability to lead a large team.
3. Demonstrate business acumen and integrity.
4. Leadership skills.
5. Maintain effective professional relationships with all team members.
Salary Guide: €60-70k
