Job Summary
This is a challenging role that requires building and maintaining relationships with customers to promote our products, solutions, software, and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of customer organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement a commercial strategy for targeted customers.
2. Promote and educate customers on our offers, with specific attention to their specifications and training needs.
3. Cross-sell our products, solutions, software, and services across the customer lifecycle.
4. Establish and maintain robust knowledge of our full offer portfolio.
5. Provide timely and relevant information to the tendering team and other sales teams.
6. Work collaboratively with internal colleagues to ensure effective cross-entity and international team cooperation.
7. Manage and resolve customer issues effectively.
8. Maintain accurate customer and partner records using company tools.
9. Monitor competitor actions and develop personal awareness of development needs.
Qualifications:
* A technical qualification (degree level) in engineering, preferably with over 2 years of sales experience in electrical engineering.
* Experience in electrical systems, distribution, protection, and power quality.
* Excellent account management, cold calling, and social selling skills.
* The ability to persuade, convince, or impress others to promote our offers.
* Active listening and business relationship-building skills.
* Energetic, outgoing, proactive, and attention to prospecting and networking.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Background in Power Systems (LV and MV).
* Competence in Software sales.
