Job Purpose
The Programme Supervisor will promote and support independent living and community integration, personal development and work opportunities for service users.
They will assist the Manager in developing, implementing and delivering quality customer-focused community services at an appropriate time and setting.

Key Responsibilities
* Build trusting relationships with service users, facilitating goal-setting and identifying strengths and needs.
* Support service users in establishing and enhancing their natural support circle.
* Research and devise Community Profiles, sourcing activities in service users' communities.
* Develop and maintain partnerships with local organisations.

Requirements
* A Third-level graduate in health and social care or equivalent.
* Well-developed people management skills with proven experience of building, leading and motivating a team.
* Track record of liaising with service users and their families to ensure high-quality care.
* Awareness of budget management and cost control.
