HR Business Partner Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our healthcare organisation in Waterford City. This role will involve working closely with senior management to align HR practices with business objectives, ensuring a positive employee experience, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leaders and managers
* Lead employee relations, performance management, and talent development initiatives
* Drive recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement strategies
* Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
* Support organisational change and HR projects
Requirements:
* 3-5 years' experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner
* Relevant HR qualification and/or CIPD certification
* Strong experience in employee relations and performance management
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum
