Job Title: Sales Administrator/Customer Service
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our Dublin 12 office as a Customer Service/Sales Administrator.
About Our Company
Our client is a leading Irish business that supplies its own brand food products to retailers and foodservice establishments nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
* Daily processing of orders through Sage accounting software
* Liaising with third-party transport companies to ensure timely deliveries
* Communicating delivery arrangements with customers via phone and email
* Maintaining accurate records of weekly delivery lists and order tracking
* Providing exceptional customer service and resolving queries in a professional manner
* Reporting any quality issues or complaints to senior management
* Covering staff members and undertaking additional duties as required
Requirements
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
* Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Sage
* A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to learn quickly
* Minimum 25 hours per week available for full-time or part-time arrangement

* Negotiable salary between €30,000-€33,000, based on experience
