Esthetics, Hairstylist Part-Time Start on November 12, 2024 10.00/hour
Duties
1. Assist stylists with shampooing and conditioning clients’ hair
2. Prepare clients for salon services by draping them with protective capes and towels
3. Maintain a clean and organized salon
4. Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed
5. Greet clients and provide excellent customer service
6. Assist with salon reception duties, such as answering phone calls/texts/emails and scheduling appointments
7. Perform basic salon tasks, such as sweeping hair, folding towels, and sanitizing tools, laundry and washing bowls and brushes
Experience
1. Previous experience working in a salon or spa environment preferred or in cosmetology school and or licensed cosmetologist
2. Familiarity with Gloss Genius software is a plus (if not we will train you)
3. Basic understanding of hair styling techniques and cosmetology principles
